1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the eq99 platform, including the website at eq99.io, all associated mobile interfaces, casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, bingo rooms, crash games, and any other products offered by eq99, is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered Players and to all persons browsing the platform whether or not a registered account has been created.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the eq99 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, that you understand it, and that you consent to be bound by it. You further confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

eq99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

Use of the eq99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. eq99 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years without exception.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services.
• You are accessing the platform in your own name, for your personal entertainment only.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed with eq99 or any responsible gaming body.
• You have not previously had an account with eq99 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of eq99 or any of its associated game providers.

eq99 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3 Account Registration

To access eq99's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account. Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, at the same address, on the same device, or from the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify eq99 promptly of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. eq99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the eq99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following transaction limits apply to all accounts unless higher limits have been individually agreed as part of a VIP arrangement:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier; refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits applicable to your account.

eq99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. eq99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply independent charges for which eq99 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. eq99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and wagering requirements.

eq99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence procedures on any transaction, including requesting documentation to verify the source of funds. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be reversed or held pending investigation. All transactions are subject to our anti-money-laundering policies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

eq99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are specified in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with any other bonus.
• eq99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. In the event of cancellation, any associated bonus funds and winnings derived solely from those bonus funds may be removed from the player's account.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

VIP programme rewards, including cashback payments and personalised bonuses for Platinum and Black Diamond tier members, are subject to the VIP programme terms communicated to eligible players by their dedicated account manager.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the eq99 sportsbook and all play on eq99 casino games are subject to the specific game and market rules applicable to that product, as published in the Help & Rules section of the platform. The following general principles apply to all wagering activity:

• Bets are final once confirmed. eq99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules (e.g., cash-out feature where available).
• eq99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest technical error, or placed on markets that were opened or remain open in error.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the decision of eq99's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 15 of this Agreement.
• All casino games on the eq99 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within the information section of each game.
• The eq99 platform is available in English. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before wagering real money.
• eq99 reserves the right to impose wagering limits on any account or market at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eq99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating, operating, or using more than one eq99 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus eligibility.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or any other method of geographic concealment.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward eq99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the eq99 platform, its software, or its data.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the eq99 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of eq99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence or right to use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any eq99 intellectual property.

The eq99 name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not use them in any context without express written permission from eq99. Game titles, studios, and associated trademarks (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of their respective owners.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

eq99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at all times via the footer of the eq99 website.

eq99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or legitimate business necessity.

10 Limitation of Liability

The eq99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eq99 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its content.

eq99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical interruptions, network failures, force majeure events, or errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected under the gaming rules.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. eq99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eq99 account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

eq99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or provision of false information. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

You may request closure of your eq99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, your account will be closed within a reasonable timeframe and any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all applicable verification and wagering requirements have been met.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may utilise the self-exclusion tool available in Account Settings, which takes immediate effect. Self-excluded players may not re-open their account for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

12 Responsible Gaming

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the eq99 platform after any amendment has come into force constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the eq99 platform, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the eq99 support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to our complaints handling team at the email address listed in Section 15. eq99 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and will provide a full written response within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the process described above before pursuing any alternative legal remedies. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other emergency relief where necessary.
